Doug Teel - Senior Pastor
Doug began his teaching ministry working with the youth at Calvary Chapel Orlando. In 2003, he began to lead a Thursday Night Bible study in Mount Dora, and in 2005, that group became CCOTL. Doug also serves as CCOTL's Worship Leader. His wife, Lisa, serves on our worship team and leads a weekly prayer meeting for the women.
Doug and Lisa have been married for over 30 years and have two sons. Noah, who is in his 20’s, has profound autism. He loves to worship. During our musical worship time, you'll likely see him in the second row, (literally) rocking out. Isaac is in college where he is building on his remarkable musical gifting.
Tom Owen - Exec. Pastor,Treasurer
Tom recently retired from a career in freight railroading and now serves as Executive Pastor. In addition to overseeing most administrative matters for the church including Treasurer, Tom is our resident handyman. He is also the point person on our Sound Team with his wife, Lee. Lee faithfully teaches a weekly Women’s Bible study.
Tom and Lee have been married almost 40 years and have two grown sons.
Jim Edwards - Elder
Jim Edwards is an Elder at CCOTL and has the gift of evangelism. Jim has never met a stranger. He had a long career in graphic design and signs at Sea World, and now is a freelance handyman who's always in demand.
Jim and Becky have three children, one of which is in college.
Keith Stephenson - Board Member, Deacon
Keith is the man who will likely hand you a bulletin, with a quip for free. He's faithful in many things like counting offerings and setting up communion. As a board member he's also faithful to pray and give whatever wisdom the Lord provides for the direction of CCOTL.
Keith's wife Jan is the silver haired rocker you'll see playing bass most Sunday mornings!
