    Senior Pastor

    Doug began his teaching ministry working with the youth at Calvary Chapel Orlando. In 2003, He began to lead a Thursday Night Bible study in Mount Dora, and In 2005, that group became CCOTL. Doug also serves as CCOTL's Worship Leader. His wife, Lisa, serves on our worship team and in our children's ministry.


    Doug and Lisa have been married for almost 30 years and have two sons. Noah, 21, has profound autism. He loves to worship. During our musical worship time, you'll likely see him in the second row, (literally) rocking out. Isaac, 17, plays on our worship team, is a Drum Major and Saxophonist at Eustis High School, and has a longstanding passion for all things trains.

  • David Jass

    ELDER

    David and Susan have faithfully served in children's ministry, missions, food pantry and other ministries.

    An architect by trade, David puts his skills to use by overseeing the upkeep of our building and grounds. 


    Susan is the Business Manager for David's  company and also works as a hospice volunteer. Susan leads our Meals Ministry.  


    David and Susan have been married for almost 40 years. They have three grown sons: Jeremy, Nathan and Stephen and five grandchildren: Ian, River, Gabriel, Cedar and Pheona.

  • TOM OWEN

    Treasurer, deacon

    Tom works for a freight railroad company that operates rail lines in Florida and Massachusetts. Tom serves as the point person on our Sound Team with his wife, Lee. In addition, Tom serves faithfully in many ways, one of which is as our Treasurer.

    Tom and Lee have been married for over 30 years and have two grown sons.

  • Jim Edwards

    elder

    Jim Edwards is an Elder at CCOTL, and has the gift of evangelism. Jim has never met a stranger. He had a long career in graphic design and signs at Sea World, and now is a freelance handyman who's always in demand.

    Jim and Becky. are nearly empty nesters. Of the three children, David, Molly and Ben, Ben will graduate soon. 

  • Keith stephenson

    Board member, deacon

    Keith is the man who will likely hand you a bulletin, with a quip for free. He's faithful in many things like counting offerings and setting up communion. As a board member he's also faithful to pray and give whatever wisdom the Lord provides for the direction of CCOTL.

    Keith's wife Jan is the silver haired rocker you'll see playing bass most Sunday mornings!
