    Senior Pastor

    Doug began his teaching ministry working with the youth at Calvary Chapel Orlando. In 2003, He began to lead a Thursday Night Bible study in Mount Dora, and In 2005, that group became CCOTL. Doug also serves as CCOTL's Worship Leader. His wife, Lisa, serves on our worship team and in our children's ministry.

    Doug and Lisa have been married for more than 25 years and have two sons. Noah, 17, has profound autism. He loves to worship. During our musical worship time, you'll likely see him in the second row, (literally) rocking out. Isaac, 13, plays on our worship team, loves all things trains and American Ninja Warrior.

  • dana Haukoos

    Assistant pastor, treasurer, BOARD MEMBER, ELDER

    Dana is a Software Engineer and develops iPhone® and Android™ apps for a living. In addition to serving as Church Treasurer, Dana leads outreach ideas with his wife, Kris.

    Kris leads our Salt and Light ministry and serves in administration. She also serves with our worship team and leads a Salt & Light group. Dana and Kris have been married for over 15 years and have three children: Anna Grace, Jack Henry and Georgia Kate.

  • David Jass

    mission and TEAM GROUP leader, ELDER

    David leads our missions team and serves in our children's ministry. An architect by trade, David puts his skills to use by overseeing the upkeep of our building and grounds. In addition, David and his wife, Susan, lead our TEAM groups, and our missions team.

    Susan is the Business Manager for David's  company and also works as a hospice volunteer. Susan leads both our Serving U Food Pantry, and the Meals Ministry.  

    David and Susan have been married for over 30 years. They have three grown sons: Jeremy, Nathan and Stephen and four grandsons: Ian, River, Gabriel and Cedar.

    A/V leader, ELDER

    John teaches school online. With a knack for all things technical, John volunteered when there was a need in the sound ministry and currently heads up media services. You will see him most weeks busy in the sound booth working on the computers, recording the service and making sure all the equipment runs smoothly.

    Sherry currently teaches an elementary Sunday school class.

    John and Sherry moved to central Florida in 2006 and joined CCOTL shortly after. Sherry home-schools their 12 year old daughter Eilise while Sara, their oldest daughter, pursues her career as a chef on the west coast.



    Tom works for a freight railroad company that operates rail lines in Florida and Massachusetts. Tom serves as the point person on our Sound Team with his wife, Lee. In addition, Tom serves on the Neat Fleet and supports Treasurer Dana Haukoos with various tasks.

    Tom and Lee are active in a Team Group and are enthusiastic supporters of the food pantry. Tom and Lee have been married for over 28 years and have two grown sons.
